PROCEDURES
I. LOI from buyer with Bank's coordinates and soft probe authorization and BCL.
II. FCO from seller upon soft probe.
III. Buyer accepts the FCO and request contract.
IV. Seller sends draft contract for buyer's approval.
V. Buyer signs the contract for approval if there are not changes; otherwise we negotiate with Buyer such changes until the contract is set and buyer can sign it and sends back to us via mail.
VI. Seller send back the contract signed.
VII. Within specified time in the contract Buyer opens non operative financial instruments ( L/C. SBLC, BG)
VIII. Within time specified in the contract, seller shall send to buyer POP and non operative PB that will activate the financial Instrument.
IX. Buyer's bank confirms the activation of financial Instrument automatically activating the PB.
