TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The above prices are based on cif basis & prices for other quantities not included above are subject to negotiations.
The material shall be supplied duly packed in 50-kg hd/pp bags.
Material can also be supplied in bulk for which the above price shall be reduced by $ 2 PMT.
Origin : Ukraine, Russia & Uzbekistan
Granular urea : 10 USD shall be charged extra per mt.
Inspection : quality, quantity, weight by sgs , at seller's cost at loading port.
Delivery basis : on cif large ports / without any UN/US sanctions.
Discharge rate : minimum 2,500 mt wwd
Delivery time : 30 -45 days , after workable payment instrument received and then Monthly
Shipment sizes : minimum 25.000mt to 50.000mt shipments
Mode of Payment : 100% Irrevocable,Confirmed, Non-Documentary,Divisible, Fully Authorized,Unencumbered, Transferable, Unconditional, Assignable & Fully Funded DLC / SBLC / BG payable 100% At sight uponpresentation of Bill of Lading,Wire transfer / TT transfer / Thro SWIFT Payment enabled & without any recourse on the seller issued and confirmed only from by Top 10 Prime World Bank
All shipments will have non-radiation certificates.
Commission more than US$-2 shall be divided 50% - 50%
Regarding Performance :
a) Proof of Product / Delivery / Past Performance - Bank to Bank Directly --- ONLY
b) PB 2% of Full Payment Mode value
c) But ( besides this PB ) - The seller undertakes in a special Contract clause to pay a penalty of 5% , if not delivered within 65-70 days
Procedure:
Buyer issues Letter of intent (LOI) with a soft probe permission and a BCL issued by his bank confirming availability of funds for purchasing the Urea not older than 5 dayz.
Seller issues a FCO and buyer counter signs the FCO and issues his ICPO to the Seller.
Seller issues draft contract. If needed, the parties negotiate and finalize the draft contract terms. Then the Buyer signs and returns the contract to be co-signed by the Seller.
Within 3 banking days from the signing of the hard contract the Buyer's bank provides the Pre-advise of the DL/C to the Seller's Bank for coordination requests
POP - Proof of Product or Past Performance or Delivery.
Within 5 (five) banking days after receipt of the request Seller's bank will issue to the Buyer Complete Set -Full Package of Documents on readiness of the goods delivery
(Proof of Product or Past Performance or Delivery) and non-operative 2% PB of one month shipment value.
Within 3 days after the verification of the POP and confirmation of PB the Buyer's bank issues the LC to the Seller's bank in the Seller's favor. This makes PB operative.
Within 5 days after issuing the LC the Seller informs the Buyer about terms of readiness for monthly shipment delivery.
Both Seller and Buyer agree upon the delivery schedule for subsequent month shipments.
Delivery and shipment commence as per the terms and conditions of the contract. \
FOR CONTRACT DURATION OF MORE THAN 12-MONTHS US$ 2 P/MT, SHALL BE ADDED, FOR EVERY 12-MONTHS.
THIS CANCELS ALL THE PREVIOUS OFFERS & PRICELISTS & IT IS MEANT FOR NEW CONTRACTS ONLY.
