We hereby confirm, with full corporate authority and legal responsibility that we
are read willing and able, to sell the following commodities from the well-known
supplier, under the following terms, and conditions:
PRODUCT NAME & DFSCRPTIONS:
Product : Russian high Speed Diesel Gas oil L-0.2-62 GOST 305-82
Monthly Delivery: 500,000/Metric Tons per month, (+/- 5 %) X 12 Months (1
Year)
Contract Quantity: 5,000,000
Origin : Russia
Duration : 12 months, with rollover, and extensions
Payment Term : Irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable, automatically
revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC), payable 100% at loading sight
issued and / or confirmed by a Top 15 World Bank, in favor of the Seller in the
amount of US Dollars.
Pricing : Fixed at $400.00 USD Gross and $390.00 USD Net
Delivery Guarantee: The delivery of the Product is guaranteed by Seller
Inspection : Quality & Quantity by SGS or Equivalent at seller's cost at
port of loading.
Performance Bond: The SELLER guarantees the delivery of the product;
accordingly a 2% Performance Bond shall be applicable.

Terms of Payment and Contract procedure:
Procedures:
1. The Seller provide soft offer to the Buyer.
2. Buyer submit by Fax or e-mail and ICPO with BCL (or Soft Probe
Authorization) issued by Top 15 World Rank.
3. The Seller issues the FCO and sends POP bank to bank.
4. Seller issue draft contract with Full Buyer’s and Seller’s banking details to be
sent to the Buyer for Negotiations.
5. Buyer and Seller sign and seal the contract and exchange by fax, email,
Hardcopies. Can be changed by courier. The contracts are registered in Sellers
and Buyers banks within two (2) days after signing.
6. Buyer bank sends pre-advice of DLC to the Seller’s bank.
7. Seller’s bank provides a non-operative 2% performance bond.
8. Buyer's bank opens a DLC to activate the seller's performance bond.
9. Seller would provide the buyer with the CPA & Q88 of the vessel which
automatically activates the revolving DLC.
