*Program

Brazilian LTN Trade Program: This is a private placement platform offering to purchase or trade fully repactuated Brazilian LTNs that are registered on the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) Treasury black screen and/or Euroclear. All LTN series are acceptable in packages from 1-100+ units. . The trade option offers up to a 70% LTV of the platform’s calculated formula valuation and 50% historical monthly returns of the given LTV. Both options require a SWIFT MT542 of the LTN package.

Key notes:

* LTNs must be repactuated with taxes paid current and registered on the Central Bank of Brazil Treasury Black Screen and/or Euroclear.

* Bacen Treasury and/or Euroclear screen shots must be currently dated within 30 days of submission. Old screen shots will not be processed.

* Any costs to conduct business, IE. SWIFT MT542, are the responsibility of and to be paid for by the submitting investor.

* Profits are free to be used for any personal purpose with no restrictions including PPP.

* No project requirements.
