A. Seller and buyer sign sales and purchase agreement with banking co-ordinates and return with TANK FARM DETAILS or REFINERY to discharges product
B. Seller Bank official send a letter of Readiness to Buyer Bank Official, and at the same time Buyer Bank Official respond bank with assurance to receive 2%pb .
C. Seller bank will place 2% performance bond to activate by Buyer Letter of Credit (LC)
D. Buyer bank places Letter Of Credit (LC) to the sellers bank
E. Seller places charter on vessel and load
F. Seller sends necessary loaded vessel documents to buyer for confirmation.
G. Buyer confirms documents.
H. Buyer carries out Q&Q on Nigeria/ Cotonu waters.
I. Vessel sails to its destination.
J. Buyer pays by swift transfer to seller’s bank.
K. Seller confirms payment.
