PRODUCT SPECIFICATION:

DESCRIPTION:
Toasted soy Bran, resulting from the process of extracting soybean oil. Indicated for the production of feed for cattle, pigs and poultry.

PROCESS PURPOSES:
1. Disable and delete the antinutritional factors, trypsin inhibitors, lectins, B conglicilina, lipase, lipoxygenase and non starch polysaccharides.
2. Assign the product maximum digestibility and palatability.
3. Avoid the oxidation of fats and cooxidação of proteins, sugars, starches, (Mailard reaction) formation of free radicals, destruction of lecithins, tocoferois, carotenes and others.
4. Reduce the pesticides applied to plants and grains.
5. Eliminate or reduce to a minimum the different mycotoxins that have contaminated the product by fungi.

BASIC PRINCIPLES AND STEPS IN THE PROCESS
1. The product is placed in an airtight reactor from which is extracted from the air, thus avoiding the dangerous oxidations and co-oxidations of fats and other nutrients with oxygen from the air and its evil consequences of nutrient loss and formation of toxins, which happen in heating.
2. The heating is done directly and indirectly with steam, moistening the product with more than 8% not to tostá it and Yes do a cooking that makes it more digestive tract.
3. Hit the desired pressure and temperature, the product is maintained under these conditions until it reaches the desired deactivation results.
4.
